• The first 6 players will recieve a pre-release promo pack (1 per person between both High Seas events)
  

Information:

• Each player will recieve 8 Booster packs in which they will need to use to build a 30-card deck.
• There will be 3 Swiss Rounds, at with a minumum of 30 minutes per.
