Collect Hobby Play, incorporating Online Coins & Collectables and Unplugged Games is hiring. We have two full time positions that are available to start soon.

Our business has seen strong growth, and we are looking at taking advantage of our position by introducing great new staff members to improve productivity and make lots more smiling faces in our stores.

JOB #1

We are looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our newly structured management team as a Trainee Assistant Manager.

As Trainee Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Store Manager and another Assistant Manager to grow and strengthen the business and learn key skills for your career in all areas of managing a successful bricks and mortar and online retail business.

Areas that would form part of your role include Store Opening and Closing Procedures, Store Presentation and Marketing, Quality Customer Service, Event Management and Planning, Face to face sales and service, Online sales and order fulfilment, Comprehensive Inventory Management, Record Keeping and Filing, Online, In Store and Social Media advertising and Workplace Health, Hygiene and Safety.

Remunaration will be at above award wages with a monthy bonus available for sucessful completion of a KPI checklist.

JOB #2

We are also seeking a great person to be a retail store assistant.

This role will involve customer service in person, phone and online, in store face to face retail sales, general admin and clerical duties, stock control, store presentation, cleaning and other general duties.

You will be involved in all areas of the business and gain exceptional skills in a leading independant retail environment.

Position will suit a starter who is keen to gain essential skills in retail and small business in a positive and friendly environment.

Remunaration will be at above award wages with overtime and evening rates possibly available to earn extra!
